I can see lots of hard work days ahead, cruising in the sun with a laptop. Anyway, I'll give myself a pat on the back for this effort.

The 3 Day DIY mission! - Office Garden!

With a new employee starting on monday, I decided to tart up the area behind the garage. Below is what it used to look like. (We'd already fenced a month or so ago).

A day off fishing for Dad!

I decided to take a break from being a dad and headed out fishing with a mate Ben Vivian. We headed down to 'Pendarves' just South of the Rakaia. It was a long shingle beach recommended by a mate. It was relaxing, but as the photos show, all we caught were sharks. Still... Better that a day in the office!
